PRICE <\/em><\/p>\n

1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding the cost of shipping and handling (see Shipping).<\/p>\n

1.2 \u2013 For orders to countries other than Greece, you are the importer of the goods concerned.For all products shipped outside the European Union, the price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of state are likely to be due. These rights are not within the limits of BlueArrowII. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues with your local authorities.<\/p>\n

1.3 \u2013 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.<\/p>\n

1.4. The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order entry.<\/p>\n

1.5 \u2013 The products remain the property of BlueArrowII until full payment.<\/p>\n

Contractual information is presented in English or Greek and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at or before the time of delivery. BlueArrowII reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.<\/p>\n

VALIDATION <\/em><\/p>\n

You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by BlueArrowII constitute proof of all transactions made \u200b\u200bby BlueArrowII and its customers.<\/p>\n

AVAILABILITY <\/em><\/p>\n

Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. All products are made to order items.<\/p>\n

That means that they are produced specifically for you. In this framework, information on the availability of products is provided at the time of your order and they are characterized as available on back order.<\/p>\n

Back order order can take between 14-21 days to be produced Information on the site is provided for guidance only (control simultaneous error or stock.<\/p>\n

For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may exceptionally exist).<\/p>\n

In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by mail or by mail upon receipt of the information received from suppliers.<\/p>\n

Your order will be canceled and you will be refunded if your account has been debited. We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or mis-routed orders.<\/p>\n

We accept payment for your purchases using paypal,credit card using Stripe, cash on delivery (Greece only).<\/p>\n

Card payment processing is completed during the processing and shipping of the order.<\/p>\n

REFUND <\/em><\/p>\n

Refunds for products in the cases referred to in RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL and COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS will be made \u200b\u200bwithin less than or equal to 30 days after their receipt by BlueArrowII.<\/p>\n

Refunds will be chosen by BlueArrowII by crediting your bank account or by check sent to the customer who placed the order and billing address.<\/p>\n
